To qualify for a national grant, a proposal must demonstrate a nationwide impact or be without geographic boundaries while adhering to the mission of the foundation in the areas of research, training, safety or conservation.

Interested, eligible organizations may apply by completing the NRA Foundation grant application and meeting the submission deadline of August 1st annually. Qualified proposals are presented to The NRA Foundation Board of Trustees on an annual basis for discussion and funding consideration.
