The Second Amendment as Ordinary Constitutional Law
This talk retraces the transformation of the Second Amendment from an "embarrassing" outlier to the Bill of Rights, to a provision that, like other parts of the Bill of Rights, protects identifiable individual rights in court. Plus a look at new frontiers in Second Amendment scholarship and caselaw.
