Audrey Stucko started her career with ATF in early 1977. She has worked in a variety of positions in New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. Her field assignments have included North-Atlantic Division Director , in which she managed all industry inspections in the northeastern United States; Director of Industry Operations for Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and, an earlier assignment as the Baltimore Area Supervisor.
Ms. Stucko spent a number of year managing the national inspector training program and then later worked in Congress as a member of ATF's Legislative Affairs staff. In May 2002, she returned to Washington, D.C., as the Chief of Staff for the Enforcement Programs and Services Directorate. While in that position she was tasked with the overall implementation of the Safe Explosives Act. She spent a year as Chief, Firearms and Explosives Services Division, and in October 2005 was selected as Deputy Assistant Director for Enforcement Programs and Services.
Ms. Stucko's motto is, "good customer service." She is a true believer in both monitoring industry compliance with laws and ensuring industry satisfaction with ATF services, such as licensing.
